Job summary

Philips Image Guided Therapy Systems is seeking a Product Manager IGT-S to shape the future of image-guided therapy. You will translate customer needs, market insights and clinical workflow opportunities into innovative solutions for the Azurion platform, driving lifecycle management and product improvements.

You will lead design modification development, safeguard quality, and collaborate across engineering, quality, regulatory, operations and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Product Management experience in healthcare technology.
• Strong analytical and strategic-thinking abilities with project and stakeholder management.
• Ability to define value propositions and pricing strategies with business cases.
• Interest in AI and data to improve efficiency and insights.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, regulatory, operations, service, and commercial groups.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead MLD design modification development and support lifecycle management for Azurion platform.
• Safeguard quality and business continuity, improve cost competitiveness, drive product improvements.
• Guide cross-functional teams within PDLM to deliver solutions on time and support market launches.
• Collaborate with market, Sales Enablement and Downstream marketing to improve sales performance.
