Job summary

Alliander is seeking a Product Owner for Non-Human / Machine Identity Services to establish a new strategic capability within the IAM Agile Release Train. You will connect strategy, security, and technology to strengthen cyber resilience and secure critical operations in the Dutch energy network.

You will help shape the strategy, roadmap, and development of Non-Human Identity Services, collaborating with IAM PMs, architects, DevOps, and security specialists to deliver innovative solutions across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s level working and thinking ability with proven Product Owner leadership.
• Strong Product Ownership and stakeholder management in complex orgs.
• Experience with budget responsibility, business cases, and financial planning.
• Solid knowledge of IT and security risk management.
• Experience with Non-Human Identity processes, PKI, and Privileged Access Management is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English; Dutch knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Developing a product vision and strategy for Non-Human Identity Services with stakeholders and other Product Owners.
• Managing and prioritizing the product backlog and Sprint Planning.
• Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and aligning priorities.
• Coordinating QA and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coaching IAM teams and fostering transparency, collaboration, and innovation.
• Collaborating with IAM PM, Architects, DevOps, Platform Engineers, Security experts, and other Product Owners to build a high-performing team.
