Job summary

Itproposal in Eindhoven, Netherlands, is seeking an IAM Engineer with deep SailPoint IdentityIQ expertise to own end-to-end onboarding of business applications and implement IAM governance, RBAC/ABAC, and automation. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders, architecture teams, and DevOps practices within an Agile/SAFe environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of professional Identity & Access Management experience.
Strong expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
Hands-on development experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Strong experience with SailPoint application onboarding.
Experience developing SailPoint workflows, rules, policies, and forms.
Experience implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Experience with Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC); PBAC advantageous.
Knowledge of Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
Strong experience with CI/CD and automation.
Experience working in Agile environments; SAFe experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end onboarding of business applications into the IAM solution.
Configure integrations using SailPoint standards and IAM architecture principles.
Design and develop SailPoint workflows, rules, policies, and forms.
Implement and support RBAC and other access control models.
Support certification processes, access enforcement, and entitlement management.
Collaborate with architecture teams to align with target-state IAM solutions.
Coordinate with application owners and stakeholders throughout onboarding lifecycle.
Drive automation and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
