Job summary

XpertDirect, Amsterdam-based, is seeking an IAM & Identity Engineer to design and improve identity systems across its multi-cloud environment. You will work on workforce identity, cloud access, SSO, federation, and privileged access, enabling secure, automated identity processes for a rapidly growing engineering organisation.

You’ll collaborate with Security, Platform, and IT teams to strengthen identity architecture and automate provisioning, deprovisioning, and access lifecycle across Entra

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IAM, Identity Engineering, Cloud Security, or similar roles.
• Identity Federation.
• Authentication, authorization and access-control principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve workforce identity and access management.
• Manage identity across Entra ID / Azure AD and AWS environments.
• Implement and maintain SSO and identity federation.
• Build secure authentication flows using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Improve privileged access and least-privilege controls.

• Integrate SaaS and cloud applications with central identity platforms.
• Improve access reviews, permissions governance, and security monitoring.

Our client, a growing SaaS / Developer Technology company based in Amsterdam, is looking for an IAM & Identity Engineer to build and improve identity systems across its multi-cloud technology environment.

You’ll work across workforce identity, cloud access, SSO, federation, and privileged access — helping create secure, automated identity processes that scale with a rapidly growing engineering organisation.

What You’ll Work On

• Design and improve workforce identity and access management
