Job summary

Accenture in Amsterdam is seeking a One Identity Manager Consultant to design, implement, and manage IAM solutions with a strong focus on One Identity Manager. This role requires translating business challenges into technical implementations and collaborating with stakeholders to drive IAM strategy.

Minimum 3 years in IAM-related roles, hands-on One Identity Manager experience, and relevant certifications are expected. Fluent Dutch and English are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in cyber security, IT, CS, or equivalent.
• Fluent in Dutch (strongly preferred) and English.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions using One Identity Manager.
• Configure workflows, policies, and RBAC within One Identity Manager.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business challenges and translate them into technical requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on One Identity Manager best practices and IAM strategies.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coach colleagues and train teams on One Identity Manager functionalities.
