We are seeking an experienced IAM Service Owner to take ownership of identity and access management governance within a complex international organization. This position combines strategic oversight with operational execution and offers the opportunity to shape IAM policy while ensuring effective implementation in day-to-day operations.

As IAM Service Owner, you will work closely with security, IT, and business teams to maintain secure and efficient access control processes across the enterprise. You will also be directly involved in managing identity platforms such as Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain IAM policies and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Translate policy into operational controls across identity platforms.
• Work hands-on with IAM systems including Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, and AD.
• Engage with IT, security, and business stakeholders to align IAM with business operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for IAM topics within the organization.
• Balance security needs with user accessibility and operational continuity.

Profile Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IAM governance, access management, or identity security.
• Strong hands-on experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Okta, Ping Identity, or Auth0 is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management and governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders at multiple levels, including IT security, leadership, and business teams.
• Experience operating in international, enterprise-scale environments.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus but not required.
