Job summary

Highberg is building an internal AI Enablement team and seeks a Product Owner – AI Enablement to shape how AI becomes part of Highberg’s operations. You will translate opportunities into priorities for the AI development team, collaborating with consultants, practice leads, IT and senior stakeholders across Highberg.

You will own the AI backlog, ensure business value guides priority decisions, and drive adoption by testing, validating, and iterating AI solutions across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product ownership or similar role.
• Hands-on familiarity with LLM-based products and AI agents.
• Experience building or configuring AI agents (even non-production).
• Strong stakeholder mgmt and ability to interact with directors and developers.
• Experience prioritising a backlog for a small team with limited capacity.
• Fluency in English; Dutch advantageous, German welcome.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise AI opportunities that strengthen market position and efficiency.
• Translate business needs into concrete development items and backlog items.
• Own and prioritise the AI backlog based on business value and capacity.
• Set priorities for AI development, remove blockers and manage scope.
• Coordinate testing and gather feedback from consultants for improvements.
• Drive adoption by ensuring solutions are tested, used and improved in practice.
• Act as main contact for Transformation Director and IT, reporting to steering committee.
• Monitor adoption, efficiency and cost to guide future investments.
