Job summary

Highberg is building an internal AI Enablement team. The Product Owner AI Enablement shapes opportunities, translates them into priorities, and owns the backlog for internal AI agents and tooling.

You will work with consultants, IT, practice leads, and stakeholders across the organisation to drive value and adoption. You combine business acumen with AI literacy to ensure decisions are data-driven, impactful, and aligned with Highberg’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in product ownership or a comparable role.
• Hands-on familiarity with LLM-based products and AI agents.
• Experience building or configuring AI agents, even if not at production scale.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to interact with consultants, partners, directors and developers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise AI opportunities; translate needs into development items.
• Own and prioritise the AI backlog; make decisions based on value, feasibility and capacity.
• Collaborate with AI development team, consultants and IT; communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Drive adoption by ensuring solutions are tested, used and improved in practice.
