Job summary

Highberg B.V. is seeking a Product Owner for AI Enablement to drive where AI delivers the most value and translate opportunities into clear development priorities for our internal AI agents and tools. You will collaborate with consultants, practice leads and IT, shaping a roadmap rather than inheriting one.

You will work across practices and countries, with a hybrid model and a base in the Netherlands. The role offers a competitive salary and opportunities to influence adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in product ownership or product management.
• Hands-on familiarity with LLM-based products and AI agents.
• Experience building or configuring AI agents yourself.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing a backlog for a team with limited capacity.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and German advantageous.
• Based in the Netherlands with willingness to travel within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise AI opportunities that strengthen market position.
• Translate business needs and ideas into clear development items.
• Own and prioritise the AI backlog based on value, feasibility and capacity.
• Set priorities for the AI development team and remove blockers.
• Coordinate testing and feedback across the business.
• Drive adoption by ensuring solutions are tested, used and improved.
• Act as main contact for Transformation Director and IT.
• Make progress visible through adoption, efficiency and cost indicators.
