Job summary

Highberg B.V. is seeking an AI Consultant who helps clients harness AI responsibly across strategy, governance, and culture. You will translate AI developments into practical roadmaps and collaborate with experts across data governance, architecture, security, and privacy to deliver scalable solutions.

You will drive strategy to life, work with clients directly, design workshops, and build lasting relationships while contributing to proposition development and team growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent Dutch and good English communication skills.
• Experience advising on AI and building AI solutions.
• Familiarity with large language models and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI strategies and translate them into practical roadmaps.
• Advise clients on roles, processes, data, and architecture for AI success.
• Lead AI initiatives from start to finish with business-technology alignment.
• Design and facilitate workshops for management and employees.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify new engagements.
• Invest in the team by sharing knowledge and propositions.
