Highberg is building an internal AI Enablement team. As Product Owner – AI Enablement, you define where AI adds value and translate it into clear priorities for our development team.
You work with consultants, practice leads and IT to shape the roadmap and deliver real business impact across the organisation. You will operate across Netherlands and Europe, collaborating with teams in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Zoetermeer and Hamburg.
AI is changing how organisations work, advise and create value. At Highberg, we help our clients navigate that transformation, and we want to apply the same ambition to our own organisation. That is why we are building a dedicated internal AI Enablement team: a small build & operate team responsible for developing our internal AI agent architecture and tooling in close collaboration with IT.
AsProduct Owner – AI Enablement, you determine where AI can create the most value for Highberg and translate those opportunities into clear priorities for the development team. You work closely with consultants, practice leads and support teams across the organisation to understand their challenges and identify where AI can genuinely make a difference. This is not a role where you inherit a ready-made roadmap. You help create it. Do you want to shape how AI becomes part of the way Highberg works?
At Highberg, everything revolves around people. Around colleagues who want to make a difference, take ownership, and work together based on trust and craftsmanship. We believe real change happens when strategy, execution, and humanity come together. That starts with our own team. This is why we create an environment where you can continue to grow, apply your expertise, and expand it further. An environment where you can make lasting impact.
Bringing strategy to life
At Highberg, you are not a remote advisor. You work closely with clients on challenges that truly matter, from strategy through to implementation. This allows you to make an immediate impact and see the results of your work in practice.
Collaborative, human, and professional
We work closely together, share knowledge, and strengthen one another to achieve the best possible outcomes. Our culture is open and built on trust, with room for both ambition and humanity. We listen, celebrate successes, and hold each other accountable, always with attention to people as well as to quality.
European outlook, locally rooted
With teams in the Netherlands and the DACH region, you work in an organization with a broad, European perspective. At the same time, the culture remains personal and close-knit. This gives you the opportunity to collaborate internationally at a high level, within a committed and engaged team.
Culture as a catalyst
Our culture is a key reason why colleagues enjoy working at Highberg. We place trust in our people, value initiative, and believe it is important that everyone can continue to develop. This enables you to get the best out of yourself, while together contributing to sustainable growth.
You operate at the intersection of business, technology and AI. You understand enough about AI and LLM-based solutions to challenge technical decisions, while keeping a clear focus on business value, adoption and impact.
You work across our practices and countries to identify where AI can genuinely make a difference. You translate business needs and ideas into concrete development priorities, challenge whether opportunities have a strong enough business case and take ownership of the backlog for our internal AI agents and tooling. You will work closely with our AI development team, business-side consultants, IT and senior stakeholders across Highberg. In doing so, you will:
You combine technological curiosity with strong commercial and stakeholder skills. You enjoy working in an environment where not everything has been defined yet and feel comfortable turning ambiguity into direction. You:
Experience in consulting or professional services is an advantage, as is familiarity withMicrosoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry or comparable agent orchestration and model‑routing platforms. Experience working with distributed development teams or in agile transformation environments is also valuable.
Attractive and comprehensive employment conditions: a salary of €4.500-€6.500 with variable compensation aligned with your experience, complemented by paid leave, mobility options, and a pension scheme.
The best of two worlds: the intellectual sharpness and quality of a high end consultancy firm, combined with the agility and engagement of an entrepreneurial organization.
Responsibility, autonomy, and entrepreneurship: from the very start, you take ownership in projects, with plenty of room to take initiative, supported by experienced colleagues.
Collaborating in an accessible environment: you work in a setting where decision making is close to the action and ideas quickly gain traction.
Flexible working with strong connection: hybrid working is possible, combined with regular moments where we come together for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and team activities such as inspiring sessions and the Highberg Festival.
Highberg is a European transformation consultancy. We support organizations in realising their strategic ambitions by combining clear direction with execution.
