Job summary

Highberg is building an internal AI Enablement team. As Product Owner – AI Enablement, you define where AI adds value and translate it into clear priorities for our development team.

You work with consultants, practice leads and IT to shape the roadmap and deliver real business impact across the organisation. You will operate across Netherlands and Europe, collaborating with teams in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Zoetermeer and Hamburg.

Qualifications

• At least three years in product ownership or a comparable role with priority decisions.
• Hands-on familiarity with LLM-based products and AI agents.
• Experience building or configuring AI agents, not necessarily at production scale.
• Strong stakeholder management with consultants, directors and developers.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and German are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities that strengthen our market position and efficiency.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable development items.
• Own and prioritise the AI backlog and manage capacity.
• Set priorities for the AI development team and remove blockers.
• Coordinate testing and collect feedback from consultants across the business.
• Drive adoption by ensuring AI solutions are tested, used, and improved.
