Job summary

LYNX Beleggen is seeking an entry-level Product Owner Account Administration in Amsterdam. You will translate vision into structured workflows, translating backlog into client-focused features and driving value for users.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Design to draft user stories and keep the backlog aligned with business goals, with growth into larger product responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience, e.g. as a Business Analyst, or internships in tech/fintech.
• Comfort analysing basic data and conducting research.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; structured and detail-oriented.
• A collaborative, team-first attitude with genuine curiosity about fintech and end users.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day product planning and execution for client-facing administrative processes.
• Gather requirements from users, customer support and stakeholders.
• Collect and summarise user feedback and usage data to find improvement opportunities.
• Draft user stories, acceptance criteria and wireframes with Engineering and Design.
• Own and prioritise the backlog for administrative client processes, balancing feasibility with client value and risk.
• Drive backlog refinement so stories meet the Definition of Ready before sprint planning.
• Set clear sprint goals, track progress and help remove blockers.
