Job summary

Lynx Beleggen is seeking a motivated Junior Account Manager to join our Sales Team in Amsterdam. You will guide prospects and new customers through onboarding, provide excellent support, and help build lasting client relationships.

You’ll be the friendly first point of contact, keep our CRM up to date, and collaborate with internal teams for a smooth customer journey. Your role includes supporting onboarding, maintaining client records, and assisting at live events.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and enjoys customer contact.
• Speaks and writes excellent Dutch & English.
• Is interested in the financial world.
• Is a team player, shows dedication and is flexible.
• Available 15–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new clients.
• Be a first contact point for prospects.
• Support new customers in setting up their new accounts.
• Responsible for the upkeep of the Sales mailbox.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure client information is up to date.
• Responsible for keeping the activity backlog at a low average level.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Service, CDD, TM, Compliance) to resolve client issues.
• Assisting at live events like fairs and network events.
