Job summary

LYNX is seeking a Junior Account Manager Professional Clients in Amsterdam to map the professional investor market in the Netherlands and Belgium. This part-time role is 24 hours per week for 12 months and involves building a pipeline through research, outreach, and meetings.

You will work with the Professional Clients team and the CDD department, turning insights into opportunities and contributing to the growth of a strategic client segment. Dutch and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Economics.
• 0–2 years in a commercial or client-facing role.
• Affinity with sales; comfortable with cold outreach and prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Map the professional clients market in the Netherlands and Belgium and identify relevant funds, asset managers and financial advisors.
• Research how prospects operate and which broker, custodian or fund administrator they work with.
• Build and maintain a qualified, prioritised lead list and update CRM with leads and activities.
• Actively approach prospects by email, LinkedIn and phone, and arrange meetings.
• Attend prospect meetings alongside team members and contribute to meetings.
