Job summary

Levy Professionals is seeking an experienced Product Owner for the Digital Identity (eIDAS 2.0) initiative, focusing on mobile apps and secure login/auth flows. The role sits in a hybrid Netherlands environment, delivering scalable, compliant features for a banking platform used across multiple countries.

You will own epics and user stories, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and drive end-to-end journeys from conception to release with a strong data-driven and AI-first approach.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or product ownership.
• Experience with mobile applications.
• Experience with login means, authentication and consent flows.
• Background as PO or agile business analyst in a complex, international, technology-driven agile environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with complex system landscapes and integrations.
• Data-driven mindset and AI-first approach to improving journeys.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog: epics, user stories and features, each with clear business value.
• Translate eIDAS 2.0 requirements and business needs into executable user journeys and product features.
• Design and improve end to end journeys for login means, authentication and consent flows.
• Work with the Product Manager and engineering teams on solutions that are compliant, controlled and scalable.
• Cut manual work: better straight-through processing, better data quality at source, first time right delivery.
• Keep stakeholders up to date on the roadmap and releases through demos and updatesDrive delivery across multiple teams in a large international organisation

Temporary assignment | Netherlands, hybrid | via Levy Professionals, payroll construction | extension possible

One of the larger Dutch banks is preparing its mobile platform for eIDAS 2.0 and the European digital identity wallet. For the team that builds the shared mobile capabilities behind their banking apps, used by millions of customers in several countries, we're looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the identity work on mobile.
