Job summary

ChannelEngine is seeking a Product Operations Manager to streamline how our product organization works across teams. You will own the operating system that connects strategy, signals, planning and progress to multiple product teams, driving clarity, consistency and pace.

You’ll lead quarterly planning, maintain a unified roadmap view, and build lightweight reporting to surface risks early. You’ll coach Product Owners, develop templates, and apply automation to reduce manual coordination,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Ops, PM, or program management in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
• Experience running product planning, roadmap, prioritization, or portfolio processes across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of how effective Product Managers and Product Owners work, without owning their decisions.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into a simple, scalable operating system.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management with data to surface risks and tradeoffs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Currently residing within commuting distance of Leiden.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quarterly product-planning cycle and maintain a single trusted view of roadmaps and delivery risks.
• Build a lightweight reporting rhythm that surfaces uncertainty early and reduces overhead.
• Coordinate structured product signals intake with Sales, CS, Support, and Delivery for prioritization.
• Coach Product Owners to apply shared operating standards and develop reusable playbooks.
• Use automation and AI to cut manual coordination and speed decision making.
