Job summary

Platform Engineering Masters is seeking a leader to own the operations function and grow a small team. You will work closely with founders and report to the Managing Director, shaping systems that scale delivery, information sharing, and automation across the business.

You will prototype and implement solutions, sometimes writing code and integrating tools to move initiatives from idea to routine practice, while building durable processes and governance.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience building software, automation, or APIs.
• Commercial judgment linking operations to revenue and delivery.
• Ability to lead in ambiguity and own delivery.
• Willingness to lead and manage a small team.
• Curiosity about technology and business.

Responsibilities

• Own the operations roadmap and align with Sales, Growth, Content and Events.
• Lead and develop our revenue operations and systems engineering team.
• Prototype, write code, and connect systems to automate critical workflows.
• Ensure systems have clear ownership, documentation and reliability standards.
• Drive adoption by business teams and measure improvements in delivery and information flow.
