Backbase is building a durable execution process engine that connects enterprise workflow automation with intelligent agent orchestration. The platform brings workflow automation, AI agents, and real-time data integration together for business analysts, engineers, and operators.

Задачи:

• Define the product roadmap for Workflows & Orchestration;
• Decide what ships in the MVP, what comes post-launch, and what will not ship;
• Own competitive positioning for durable processes within the integrated platform;
• Shape pro-code and no-code experiences across SDKs, CLI, visual editor, documentation, and learning paths;
• Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, marketing, and sales;
• Conduct customer discovery and identify adoption blockers;
• Use usage patterns, customer feedback, and performance metrics to guide product direction;
• Resolve ambiguity by synthesizing information and making decisive calls;
• Collaborate with peer Product Managers responsible for Data Connectors and AI Agents;
• Establish integration points and contract boundaries across the three platform pillars;
• Resolve most cross-pillar decisions and scale only real conflicts to the Group PM.

• Experience shipping complex infrastructure or platform products;
• Experience with enterprise workflow or automation systems;
• Experience with products serving multiple user personas, including business analysts, developers, and operators;
• Experience with products requiring deep technical integration;
• Experience with zero-to-one launches and shaping initial product-market fit;
• Ability to read code and understand architecture constraints;
• Ability to discuss feasibility and tradeoffs with engineers;
• Strong customer discovery and synthesis skills;
• Decisiveness when working with incomplete information;
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, customers, and executives;
• Systems thinking across product, adoption, pricing, and prioritization;
• Experience using LLMs in product workflows and ability to adapt to new tools;
• Nice to have: 5+ years of relevant Product Manager experience with a strong focus on platform products, exposure to workflow engines/BPM systems/process orchestration platforms such as Camunda, Zeebe, Airflow, or Temporal, experience with enterprise compliance requirements including SOC 2, PCI-DSS, or HIPAA, understanding of multi-tenant SaaS scaling challenges and tradeoffs, a previous zero-to-one product launch defining the initial MVP and shaping early product-market fit, experience building features using LLMs.
