Job summary

Alex Staff is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the Integration & Platform domain in a hybrid Rotterdam setting. You will own the end-to-end product area, collaborating with customers, engineers and partners to design scalable integration solutions that automate complex workflows.

You'll focus on API-first strategies, data mapping and enterprise integrations, translating customer processes into technical specifications and metrics-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Strong experience owning enterprise integrations, API products or platform capabilities.
• Hands-on understanding of REST APIs and API-driven products.
• Ability to translate customer processes into technical specs.
• Experience with data mapping and workflow automation.
• Comfort working with enterprise customers and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills.

An international B2B SaaS company is looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead one of its most strategic product domains - the integration platform connecting enterprise customer systems.

This is a hands-on Product role focused on enterprise integrations, APIs and platform capabilities rather than customer-facing features.

You’ll own the product area end-to-end, working directly with customers, engineers and technology partners to design scalable integration solutions that automate complex operational workflows.

What you’ll do

• Own the Integration & Platform product area from strategy through delivery


• Define product vision, roadmap and priorities for enterprise integrations


• Translate customer operational workflows into scalable integration logic


• Design product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria


• Partner closely with engineering teams on API-first solutions


• Drive integrations with ERP, HR, finance, scheduling and other enterprise systems


• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their processes and validate solutions


• Coordinate with third-party software vendors and technology partners


• Improve customer onboarding, automation and platform adoption


• Define and measure product success through KPIs such as onboarding time, integration adoption, reduction of manual work, data quality and customer outcomes


• Contribute to the evolution of AI-enabled workflows through APIs, webhooks and structured integrations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager


• Strong experience owning enterprise integrations, API products or platform capabilities in production


• Hands-on understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and API-driven products


• Ability to independently translate customer business processes into technical specifications


• Experience with data mapping, workflow automation and enterprise integration patterns


• Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers and technical stakeholders


• Excellent English communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, TravelTech, FinTech or Enterprise Software


• Experience integrating ERP, HR, finance or scheduling systems


• Knowledge of iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi or Informatica


• Exposure to AI-powered workflow automation or intelligent agents


• Technical background in software engineering or integration engineering
