Job summary

Qualifications

• Опыт запуска и масштабирования транзакционных банковских продуктов.
• Глубокий опыт работы с одной из крупных рыночных инфраструктур (кассинг, реальная платежная сеть или банковская схема).
• Ориентация на клиента и ценность для клиента.
• Сильные навыки лидерства, управления проектами и способности руководить кросс-функциональными инициативами без микроменеджмента.
• Аналитические, ориентированные на данные навыки решения проблем и готовность к неопределенности.

Responsibilities

• Определять долгосрочную визию и стратегию глобальных банковских сетей.
• Переводить инфраструктурные возможности и требования регуляторов в приоритеты и дорожные карты.
• Определять применимые кейсы интеграции и возможностей совместно с инженерией и отделом продаж.
• Управлять жизненным циклом продукта от идеи до реализации для банковских сетевых интеграций.
• Выступать в роли основного компетентного лица по глобальным банковским сетям и банковским схемам.
• Сотрудничать с Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Support, Sales и Implementation для учета потребностей клиентов и регуляторов.
• Согласовывать стандарты и зависимости с командами North America и Foundational.
• Координировать работу двух Product Manager в матричной структуре.
• Развивать интеграции с банком-партнерами и платежными каналами за пределами Северной Америки.
• Работать с инженерией над повышением производительности, надёжности и масштабируемости банковской инфраструктуры.

• Define and own the long-term vision and strategy for global banking networks, grounded in customer value and measurable business impact
• Translate market infrastructure opportunities and regulatory requirements into priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics
• Define actionable integration and capability use cases with engineering and commercial teams
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for banking network integrations and underlying banking capabilities
• Serve as the primary product authority for global banking networks and as a subject matter expert on the core banking system, clearing and settlement flows, and connected market infrastructures
• Partner with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Support, Sales, and Implementation teams to align banking capabilities with customer and regulatory needs
• Align with North America and Foundational teams on shared standards, tooling, and roadmap dependencies
• Manage the focus and dedication of two Product Managers in a functional matrix reporting structure
• Design and scale reliable integrations across banking partners and payment rails, focusing on markets outside North America
• Collaborate with engineering to improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of core banking processing infrastructure
• Engage with customers, commercial teams, and partners to understand pain points, gather feedback, and translate needs into product requirements
• Monitor product metrics and identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Own initiatives from initial scoping through delivery, managing timelines and stakeholder expectations

Требования

• At least 12 years of product management or adjacent-function experience in fintech or financial services focused on payments
• Experience launching and scaling transactional banking products
• In-depth experience with at least one major market infrastructure, such as a clearing house, real-time payment rail, or banking scheme
• Customer-centric approach and focus on customer benefit
• Organizational and commercial strength, excellent project management skills, and ability to lead time-sensitive cross-functional initiatives with little supervision
• Analytical, data-driven problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity
• Initiative, self-motivation, curiosity, and ability to learn quickly
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including driving technical discussions and aligning stakeholders across disciplines and cultures
