Qualifications

• Proven product management experience in coffee, small domestic appliances, or related consumer goods.
• Strong analytical skills to translate insights into viable business cases.
• Excellent project management capabilities across multiple departments.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Track record of launching products across their lifecycle in coffee or adjacent categories.
• Ability to spot emerging consumer trends and evaluate OEM portfolios.
• Understanding of sustainability practices in product development and packaging.
• Proficiency with product management and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and build business cases for portfolio growth.
• Manage product roadmaps from concept to launch and beyond.
• Collaborate with marketing, R&D, supply chain, sales, and OEM suppliers.
• Expand the portfolio into emerging trends while ensuring consumer relevance and viability.
• Shape portfolios around distinct consumer routines and expectations.
