Versuni Netherlands B.V. in Amsterdam - The Rock is seeking a Product Manager Portioned Coffee to shape the portfolio strategy and lifecycle across portioned coffee, grinding and filter coffee. About the role:

As Product Manager Portioned Coffee at Versuni Netherlands B.V., based in Amsterdam - The Rock, you will shape the strategic direction and lifecycle of our current and future coffee portfolio. You will translate different at-home routines and expectations into relevant propositions, while bringing new experiences to market across portioned coffee, grinding and filter coffee.

• EUR 61600 - EUR 92400

You will identify market opportunities, build business cases, and manage product roadmaps from concept to launch and beyond. Working closely with marketing, R&D, supply chain, sales, and selected OEM suppliers, you will expand our portfolio efficiently—including into emerging trends beyond coffee—while ensuring strong consumer relevance, quality, sustainability, and business viability.

In this role, you will strengthen Versuni’s position in coffee by ensuring our portfolio serves the main consumer routines and delivers compelling new experiences. Your choices will shape performance across markets, accelerate growth in grinding and filter coffee, and open adjacent opportunities beyond coffee.

By combining consumer insight with a pragmatic make-or-partner approach, you will shorten time to market and unlock proven OEM portfolios where they offer a competitive advantage. You will create relevant, high-quality propositions that drive consumer loyalty, profitable growth, and more sustainable product choices.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Proven product management experience in coffee, small domestic appliances, or a related consumer goods sector, with the ability to shape portfolios around distinct consumer routines and expectations.
• Strong analytical skills to translate consumer insights, market trends, and financial metrics into portfolio choices and viable business cases.
• Excellent project management capabilities, managing complex initiatives across multiple departments.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Track record of launching and managing products across their lifecycle, ideally including portioned coffee, grinding or filter coffee, and adjacent beverage or appliance categories.
• Ability to spot emerging consumer trends and evaluate existing OEM supplier portfolios to bring differentiated propositions to market quickly and responsibly.
• Understanding ot sustainability practices relevant to product development and packaging within the coffee industry.
• Proficiency with relevant software tools, including product management and analytics platforms.
