Job summary

Versuni Netherlands B.V. in Amsterdam seeks a Product Manager Portioned Coffee to shape the portfolio strategy and lifecycle for portioned coffee, grinding and filter coffee.

You will translate consumer routines into propositions and drive roadmaps from concept to market with marketing, R&D, supply chain and OEM partners. Success requires analytical thinking, strong project management, and the ability to launch differentiated products while embedding sustainability and quality across markets.

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience in coffee or related consumer goods.
• Strong analytical skills to translate insights into portfolio choices and business cases.
• Excellent project management capabilities across multiple departments.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
• Track record of launching and managing products across their lifecycle, including coffee categories.
• Ability to spot emerging consumer trends and evaluate OEM supplier portfolios.
• Understanding of sustainability practices in product development and packaging.
