Job summary

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform headquartered in Amsterdam, with global teams and an enterprise-grade billing system. We seek an outcome-driven Product Manager for Internal Billing Tools to own billing workflows, automation, and governance across internal teams and partners.

You will write PRDs and user stories for internal billing consoles, APIs, and reconciliation pipelines, while leading cross-functional initiatives to reduce manual work and improve compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience owning financial systems, billing, payments, or backoffice operations.
• Proven record of shipping automations that reduce manual hours.
• Experience in B2B/Enterprise domains, ideally with reseller or partner-based billing.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for billing workflows, prioritizing initiatives by risk, compliance, and scalability.
• Translate complex enterprise needs into a clear, prioritized product vision.
• Balance immediate operational fixes with long-term platform investments in billing integrity.
