Job summary

Nebius is building an AI-focused cloud platform in Amsterdam and seeks a Senior Software Engineer to own event-processing pipelines and billing data delivery. You will implement stateful streaming services, ensure idempotency and exactly-once semantics, and ship reliable APIs for invoicing and accounting.

You will work with Go and Python, run on Kubernetes, and contribute to a scalable billing stack used by a global AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proficient in building backend streaming or data-intensive systems.
• Ability to reason about data correctness under failures.
• Experience with databases, messaging systems or event-processing platforms.
• Willingness to learn the team's tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Build stateful streaming pipelines for near real-time billing.
• Develop and operate Go services to ingest usage events and deliver data to APIs and exports.
• Ensure correctness with idempotent and exactly-once processing.
• Operate transactional storage, queues and CDC under high throughput.
• Create reusable streaming infrastructure and improve reliability and observability.
• Own end-to-end design, implementation, reliability and deployment.
