Job summary

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform and seeking a Product Growth Analytics Lead. You will own the self-serve analytics, pricing experiments, and capacity planning to maximize monetization and customer value.

Working across Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Finance and Sales, you will translate usage data into strategy, model pricing, and guide product priorities. Offices in Amsterdam or London, or remote from any EU country.

Qualifications

• Strong business and product judgment, balancing customer value, monetization, growth and profitability.
• Hands-on experience analysing large-scale customer, product, and usage datasets.
• Strong financial modelling skills and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Experience with pricing, packaging, monetization, or commercial analytics for technical/consumption-based products.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, Sales and Operations.
• Hands-on and proactive working style in ambiguous, technically complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Build a comprehensive view of self-service customers and usage patterns, health, retention risks, unmet needs and growth opportunities.
• Translate customer demand and plans into capacity forecasts and support capacity allocation decisions.
• Measure capacity utilization and identify opportunities to improve commercial value of capacity.
• Develop and evaluate pricing and packaging models, including guaranteed capacity, on-demand pricing, commitments and provisioned throughput units.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for self-service and managed offerings, including customer segmentation, pricing, capacity and product priorities.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Finance and Sales to turn insights into concrete product and operational improvements.

The role

Nebius Token Factory is looking for a Product Growth Analytics Lead.

You can work from our offices in Amsterdam or London, or remotely from any EU country.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Build a comprehensive view of self-service customers, including usage patterns, customer health, satisfaction, retention risks, unmet needs, and growth opportunities.
• Translate customer demand and commercial plans into capacity forecasts and support capacity allocation decisions.
• Measure effective capacity utilization and identify opportunities to improve the commercial value of available capacity.
• Develop and evaluate pricing and packaging models, including guaranteed capacity, on-demand pricing, commitments, clawback mechanisms, and provisioned throughput units.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for the self-service and managed offerings, including customer segmentation, pricing, capacity, and product priorities.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Finance, and Sales to turn insights into concrete product and operational improvements.

We expect you to have:
