Job summary

•••••• AI is building an internal billing tools product in Amsterdam, focused on reliable, auditable, and scalable billing for internal teams and enterprise partners. You will own the tools, processes, and automation that ensure accurate billing across multiple environments.

You will lead discovery with Finance, Support, and Sales, translate requirements into product specs, and design RBAC/IAM controls while leveraging AI to reduce manual hours and errors in billing corrections.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience owning financial systems, billing, or backoffice operations.
• Proven record of shipping automations that reduce manual hours.
• Experience in B2B/Enterprise domains with reseller or partner-based billing.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for billing workflows, prioritizing initiatives based on risk, compliance, and scalability.
• Translate complex enterprise needs into a clear, prioritized product vision.
• Balance immediate operational fixes with long-term platform investments in billing integrity.
