Booking.com operates a travel booking platform. The Marketing Fraud track protects partners and the company from fraudulent bookings while minimizing friction for genuine travelers and partners.

Задачи:

• Own and progress the product backlog within the Marketing Fraud track
• Clarify problems, maintain priorities, shape requirements, manage dependencies, and drive initiatives through delivery, measurement, and iteration
• Use fraud data, operational insights, customer and partner impact, and business priorities to make pragmatic trade-offs
• Ensure that fraud controls and services remain effective, scalable, and fit for purpose
• Identify opportunities to improve prevention, detection, recovery, customer experience, partner impact, and operational efficiency
• Support stakeholders in assessing and managing fraud risks in their initiatives
• Own and set the vision for the product or feature
• Define a one-year strategy and align key stakeholders and the team
• Define team-level objectives
• Create or collaborate on a go-to-market plan
• Prioritize the short- and mid-term roadmap
• Identify risks and dependencies and plan mitigations
• Establish delivery methodology with the team and execute plans
• Define primary, supporting, and counter metrics

• Experience owning product or feature vision
• Experience defining and aligning a one-year product strategy
• Ability to set team-level objectives
• Ability to prioritize roadmaps based on strategy and objectives
• Understanding of experimentation, statistical mechanics, test power, and sample size
• Ability to analyze data and present findings to stakeholders
• Familiarity with customer interviews, surveys, story mapping, and use case design
• Understanding of research methods and user experience design principles
• Ability to manage stakeholders and expectations up to Group Product Manager and occasionally Director level
• Technical fluency and understanding of product delivery solutions
