Enfint is seeking a Senior Principal Product Designer to define a comprehensive design vision and translate complex requirements into seamless journeys. You will guide cross-functional teams to build scalable systems, shaping experience architectures that boost engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in customer engagement, loyalty, retention mechanics, and subscription or membership models at scale.
• Extensive strategic design leadership demonstrated through a compelling portfolio.
• Proven impact as a Principal or Staff Product Designer influencing cross-organizational product strategies.
• Strong systems thinking for designing interconnected user journeys across complex digital ecosystems.
• Proficiency with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, personalization strategies, and lifecycle metrics.
• Strong interaction design and prototyping skills.
• Ability to create polished micro-interactions and customer touchpoints.
• Exceptional storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to articulate design rationale to senior leadership.
• Expertise in modern design workflows, including AI-assisted tools.
• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Track record of delivering large-scale digital products that drive user and business growth.
• Several years of experience influencing product strategy in a senior individual contributor capacity without direct authority.
• Ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Nice to have: End-to-end journeys across web and native mobile platforms, knowledge of scalable information architecture and design systems, familiarity with modern AI workflows for design exploration and production.
