Qualifications

• 2+ года опыта Product Management в продуктовой/платформенной компании
• Технический бэкграунд или опыт работы с платформенными/ML продуктами
• Отличные коммуникативные навыки и умение лидерствовать
• Умение балансировать приоритеты в условиях времени
• Сильные аналитические способности и умение разбирать сложные задачи
• Желание учиться, проактивность и высокая инициатива

Responsibilities

• Владеть и вести продуктовую платформу от MVP до масштабирования.
• Разрабатывать стратегию в ответ на изменяющиеся бизнес-условия.
• Определять KPI продукта и нести ответственность за успех.
• Понимать бизнес-направление и проблемы пользователей платформы.
• Извлекать требования из бизнес-инициатив и приоритизировать их.
• Работать с командами разработки, продукта и программами для реализации решений.
• Участвовать в расширении охвата сервиса и воздействии на бизнес.

Задачи:

• Own and lead the platform product end to end, from building an MVP to scaling existing products
• Build and adapt the strategy to evolving business needs and constraints
• Define product KPIs and be responsible for product success
• Understand business direction and customer and platform-user problems
• extract requirements from business initiatives and customer needs, and ruthlessly prioritize them
• Work with engineering, product, and program teams to define and ship solutions
• Engage stakeholders to expand service coverage and create impact.

Требования:

• 2+ Years of Product Management experience at a product or platform company
• Technical background or experience managing platform or machine learning products
• Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills
• Ability to balance priorities in time-critical situations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to break down and analyze complex problems
• Nice to have: Curiosity, High Agency.
