Job summary

Bonduelle is seeking a Product Manager Frozen Retail to join our Marketing team in Eindhoven. You will analyze market dynamics, manage the segment’s performance, and drive growth through product development, packaging, pricing, and launches, with ownership of the brand P&L.

The role requires 4–5 years in Brand Management within a Branded FMCG/Food retail environment, plus fluency in Dutch and English. We offer hybrid work, a home-office budget, and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s (or higher) level of working and thinking.
• Proven work experience in ‘Branded’ FMCG/Food retail organization.
• 4–5 years in Brand Management in a successful A-brand organization.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Regularly analyze market dynamics, consumer trends, and shopper insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the segment’s performance against competitors on a monthly basis.
• Identify growth levers across product development, packaging, pricing, communication and promotional activities.
• Take ownership of the segment's brand P&L.
• Lead the preparation and execution of product launches, including business case development, product positioning, and marketing support plans.
• Portfolio & assortment management: review performance and manage phase-ins/outs.
