Job summary

Bolton is seeking an ambitious Product Manager to lead the Netherlands and Belgium activities, shaping the future of our DIY adhesives category in the Benelux. You will own product strategies, lifecycle management, and go-to-market initiatives while collaborating with local and European teams.

You will drive category growth, manage launches, and ensure KPIs are met. Proficiency in Dutch and English is essential, and FMCG experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Demonstrable experience as a Product Manager, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; familiarity with go-to-market and POS strategies.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product category strategies and product roadmaps aligning with commercial objectives and local market opportunities.
• Drive product introductions and revenue growth within existing categories through go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, and POS strategies.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success and enable data-driven decisions.
• Act as the go-to product expert, sharing knowledge within cross-functional teams locally and at corporate level.
• Stay updated on industry trends and customer feedback to shape product improvements and future actions.
