Job summary

Bloom & Wild Group is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead the Brand & Range function across our Bloom & Wild, bloomon and Bergamotte brands. You will oversee evergreen campaigns, social media, PR, and cross‑functional production management, collaborating closely with the Creative Lead and other marketing teams.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with freelancers and agencies, guiding projects from ideation to execution, and you must speak fluent Dutch to engage with our markets in

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in a brand or marketing role, ideally at a fast-growing start-up or brand-focused business.
• Experience with ecommerce or D2C brands.
• Experience owning and project managing complex cross-functional projects from ideation to execution.
• Experience across multiple brand touchpoints including physical product and social media.
• Experience working with creative teams to create inspiring, engaging work that delivers results.
• Fluency in Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Lead evergreen and peak brand campaigns, lifestyle shoots and activations in core markets.
• Maintain a strong social media presence with maximised engagement and PR when needed.
• Collaborate with Creative Lead on brand communications and with other stakeholders across departments.
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex brand projects on time and within budget.
