Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership in a digital product management or related field.
• Experience delivering Contact Centre and Telephony transformation projects.
• Strong technical expertise in contact center and telephony domains (IVR, routing, omnichannel).
• Proven ability to align business requirements with technical delivery teams.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
