About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Associate Product Manager to join a fast-paced international digital organisation. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts and Designers to help shape products used by millions of customers worldwide.
You will contribute to product discovery, feature development and optimisation initiatives, helping teams solve customer problems through data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.
This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of product-related experience who is looking to accelerate their career within a mature product environment.
What You'll Do
- Support the end-to-end delivery of product features and enhancements.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams to define solutions to customer and business problems.
- Help identify customer needs through qualitative and quantitative research.
- Contribute to product discovery activities, validation exercises and experimentation initiatives.
- Translate insights into feature recommendations and prioritised work items.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, operations and commercial teams.
- Assist in roadmap planning and short- to medium-term prioritisation.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Design, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in customer behaviour and product performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Passion for building products that deliver measurable customer value.

- Product discovery and validation techniques.

- Story mapping and use case definition.
- Experimentation and A/B testing.
