Praxis is seeking a Product Manager / Product Owner for Checkout & Fulfilment to own the journey from basket to delivery and help millions of customers complete their projects with confidence. You will shape the product vision and roadmap for the Checkout & Fulfilment domain, collaborating with stakeholders across Operations, Customer Service, Commerce, and Digital.

In this hybrid role based in the Netherlands, you’ll translate customer needs into valuable digital solutions, drive backlog

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as Product Manager/Owner in ecommerce or digital product development.
• Strong agile experience and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Clear vision on how digital products improve customer experience and commercial performance.
• Ability to align stakeholders and turn needs into digital solutions.
• English proficiency; Dutch would be a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the journey from basket to delivery and optimise checkout and fulfilment.
• Develop and maintain a clear product vision for the domain.
• Create and drive the roadmap; set OKRs.
• Collaborate across Operations, Customer Service, Commerce, Supply Chain and Digital.
• Translate priorities into backlog items for development teams.
• Monitor performance and opportunities for optimization.
• Ensure alignment across teams to deliver customer value.
• Oversee basket, checkout, payments, delivery, and order tracking experiences.
