Job summary

Praxis is seeking a Product Manager / Product Owner for Checkout & Fulfilment to own the basket-to-delivery journey within our Praxis and Brico online platforms, shaping how millions of customers buy, receive and manage orders.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmaps and OKRs, balance customer value with business goals, and translate priorities into actionable backlog for development, while continuously improving the digital experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in e-commerce or digital product development.
• Experience working in Agile environments with multidisciplinary product teams.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and omnichannel retailing.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience defining product roadmaps, priorities and business cases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Checkout & Fulfilment domain from basket to delivery and enable customers to buy, receive and manage orders.
• Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for the domain.
• Set goals and priorities through OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Commerce, Supply Chain and Digital to improve customer experience and business performance.
• Translate priorities into actionable backlog for development teams and work closely with engineers to deliver.
• Monitor performance, user behavior and business results to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Align initiatives across teams to deliver customer value.
