Job summary
4PS is seeking a Product Manager Finance to own the vision and roadmap for the Finance domain within 4PS Construct. You will translate market needs into scalable software and work with customers, consultants, and developers to deliver value.
You balance customer needs with product strategy and technical feasibility, drive market research, and take ownership of financial solutions across the product portfolio. The role offers hybrid work from Ede with a home-working allowance.
Qualifications
- 4–5+ years in product management within ERP/software environments.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes (GL, budgeting, cost control, reporting).
- Experience with ERP solutions, preferably Dynamics 365 BC.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, development, and roadmap for Finance within 4PS Construct.
- Engage with customers, controllers, and finance managers to capture market needs.
- Translate financial challenges into scalable software solutions across the portfolio.
- Collaborate with developers, consultants, marketing, support, and management to bring concepts to life.
