Qualifications

• 6+ years in SaaS Product Design, specifically handling complex dashboards, data-heavy forms, and intricate wizards.
• Expert-level Figma skills including Auto-layout, Components, and Tokens.
• Comfortable using PostHog to justify design choices and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Dive into PostHog and Google Analytics to identify and fix friction points.
• Use AI tools to create dev-ready prototypes in under a week.
• Lead the migration of PrimeVue components into a comprehensive Figma library.
• Collaborate closely with frontend teams to improve design-to-code handoff.
• Conduct user interviews and site visits to gather real-world insights.
