Job summary

Globalprofessionals is seeking a Principal Product Designer to shape user experiences for strategic products. This senior, hands-on role partners with product leadership to identify, validate, and deliver solutions that create measurable value for users.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design experience with leadership at staff/principal level or equivalent.
• Strong B2B portfolio showing discovery, user research, and end-to-end design ownership.
• Exceptional craft, visual sensibility, and attention to detail that elevate product and brand quality.
• Proven track record delivering high-impact projects in multi-team environments with strong product judgment.
• Experience mentoring designers and raising team capabilities through feedback and example‑setting.
• Ability to define and socialize design quality standards and uplift the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for high-impact initiatives and own end-to-end product experiences.
• Own and advocate for the design system; define standards and drive adoption.
• Set and elevate design quality through direction, critique, and craftsmanship standards.
• Mentor designers and raise craft through collaboration and feedback (no direct reports).
• Provide strategic leadership across cross-functional product areas and identify valuable opportunities.
• Advance AI-native workflows by evaluating and integrating tools to accelerate concept‑to‑production.
