Job summary

Mollie is hiring a Product Delivery Manager for the Partner Scale team in Amsterdam. You will own the end-to-end product and roadmap, and work with an engineering team to scale device management across partners and large merchants.

You’ll drive automation, measure performance, and deliver a product that reduces operational overhead while enabling growth. You bring a proven track record of building products from scratch or scaling them, plus hands-on leadership of a developer team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building products from scratch or scaling them.
• Experience leading a team of developers with hands-on ownership.
• Strong commercial affinity and customer empathy developed from user interactions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product and roadmap for Partner Scale.
• Take device management from concept to General Availability.
• Define KPIs for performance and reliability.
• Automate device lifecycle processes from ordering to deployment and customization.
• Put partners and merchants in control of their fleet.
