Job summary

Rentman, a Netherlands-based B2B SaaS scale-up, is expanding its product team in Utrecht. We seek a Product Manager focused on transport and logistics to own end-to-end delivery—from discovery to post-launch—driving a roadmap that improves how customers plan routes and fleet usage.

You'll run field discovery with rental companies, define the smallest sellable increment, and align with sales, support and marketing to ensure impact. Strong data-driven decision-making is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS.
• End-to-end ownership of a product area from discovery through post-launch.
• Experience with routing, scheduling, fleet or capacity planning, or supply chain.
• Data-driven with measurable success metrics.
• Experience conducting customer discovery.

Responsibilities

• Own Transport end to end: release train for your value stream.
• Run customer discovery in the field with rental companies.
• Define the first sellable increment and justify it.
• Build and own a sequenced, evidence-based roadmap with the Head of Product.
• Translate routing and logistics complexity into buildable scope.
