Electrolux Professional Group in the Benelux region seeks a Product Manager & Corporate Chef who blends product marketing with hands-on culinary expertise to turn innovations into customer value. You’ll lead live demonstrations, product training, and market activation, collaborating with the Benelux Marketing Specialist to run the Center of Excellence in Rotterdam and maintain the showroom.

Expect 30% travel across Benelux with occasional Europe travel; fluency in Dutch and English is required,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, sales, or culinary roles within the professional kitchen or foodservice equipment industry.
• Experience delivering product demonstrations, training sessions, and customer-facing events.
• Ability to turn technical product features into compelling customer benefits.

Responsibilities

• Market & Product Management: Monitor market trends, adapt global strategies to local needs, and support localization of materials into Dutch.
• Pre-Sales Culinary Expertise: Inspire customers through live cooking demonstrations and product presentations.
• Post-Sales Support & Customer Success: Deliver training to maximize product performance and gather feedback for additional opportunities.
• Center of Excellence Management: Coordinate programs, events, and showroom operations to ensure a top visitor experience.
• Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration: Transform product knowledge into sales stories and training sessions, collaborating across functions.
