Job summary

FAW Europe is seeking a Local Marketing Specialist for Benelux to drive local campaigns and dealer support across the Benelux region. You will translate central brand guidelines into local activation plans that boost awareness, dealer performance, and sales targets.

You will collaborate with the European Marketing team and the Country Sales Manager to adapt assets, manage budgets, and track ROI. The role requires hands-on execution in a fast-moving, international scale-up, with travel across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 5+ years in marketing, preferably automotive or premium consumer goods.
• Proven track record in local campaign execution and dealer/channel marketing support.
• Experience with dealer/distributor networks is a strong advantage.
• Strong execution focus and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimize local multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, offline, events) following brand guidelines.
• Manage the local marketing budget and track ROI.
• Ensure local activities align with brand positioning and messaging.
• Support dealers with materials, activation concepts, co-marketing and training.
• Help dealers maximize leads and conversions through local programs.
• Coordinate local promotions, test-drive events and showroom activation.
• Build and manage relationships with local media, influencers, and partners.
• Execute local PR and content to raise brand awareness and consideration.
• Monitor market trends and provide input to the European Marketing team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies as needed.
