You’ll collaborate with R&D, design, marketing, and country teams to translate consumer insights into competitive value propositions and an ambitious innovation roadmap.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product management.
• Proven experience managing projects, budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Strong communicator, capable of working cross-functional teams.
• Experience or affinity with technology-intensive or complex innovation programs.
• Affinity with food, cooking, and consumer trends is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development of product category strategy by analyzing consumer insights, market dynamics, and competitors.
• Defining portfolio gaps, assessing opportunity size, and feeding the innovation roadmap.
• Collaborating with Product Project Managers for development projects and representing the consumer.
• Developing consumer-centric, differentiating value propositions.
• Creating and owning the project business case to evaluate revenue, profitability, and ROI.
• Briefing marketing and design on assets to ensure consumer-centric representation.
• Conducting post-launch analyses to sharpen portfolio competitiveness.
• Managing lifecycle activities including improvements, extensions, animations, and end-of-life planning.
