Job summary

Segway Navimow is seeking a seasoned Retail Manager to lead partner-based retail efforts across Europe from Amsterdam. You will drive brand-aligned POS execution, coordinate training material production, and continuously improve retail processes and data systems.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strong English/Dutch skills, and travel across Europe to align with marketing and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
• Excellent Dutch and English skills; French is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in retail management, channel management, or marketing in the European market; consumer electronics/home appliances preferred.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.
• Strong teamwork and cross-cultural collaboration with a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong logical and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the frontline retail work with partners.
• Based on brand specs and POS display requirements, maximise points of sale and lead the annual POSM plan, ensuring end-to-end on-time, quality delivery and implementation.
• Assist product launches, lead the plan and production of retail training materials, and continuously iterate and optimize.
• Establish and manage the frontline retail team with partners.
• Set up and optimize retail management data systems to support marketing decisions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job description

• Responsible for the establishment and management of the retail work with partners;
• Based on brand specifications and point of sale display requirements, maximize the need to serve product selling points, lead the annual POSM plan project, and ensure end-to-end on-time and quality delivery and implementation;
• Based on the understanding of the product and the feedback survey of retail terminals/customer service, assist in the launch of products, lead the plan and production of retail training materials, and continuously iterate and optimize;
• Establish and manage the frontline retail team with partners;
• Set up and continuously optimize retail management-related data systems to provide necessary data support for marketing business decisions;
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Marketing, International Trade, and etc.
• Excellent Dutch and English skills. Proficiency in French is a plus;
• More than 8 years of experience in retail management, channel management, or marketing in the European market. Experience in consumer electronics and home appliances is preferred;
• Able to accept business trips in Europe;
• Good at working in a cross-functional, cross-cultural team, with a sense of teamwork and results-oriented mindset;
• Have strong logical and data analysis skills.
