Job summary

Monks in Toronto seeks a Producer to join our North American production team. You will plan and produce productions spanning immersive web, AI, experiential and live events, collaborating with world-class brands.

You will lead projects from kickoff to delivery, craft solid SOWs and timelines, manage budgets from $100K to $2M+, and ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and proactive problem solving. This is a hybrid role with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a production role.
• Proven experience producing and leading immersive web, digital, experiential productions.
• Strong client-facing skills to help sell in a solution while upholding client relationships.
• Natural problem solver who drafts and executes a plan with limited information.

Responsibilities

• Plan and produce productions for world-class brands across immersive web, AI, experiential, live events.
• Lead productions from kick-off to delivery with leadership and clear visions, creating solid SOWs, timelines and budgets.
• Provide production and client management while managing multiple projects end-to-end.
• Ensure day-to-day project success and long-term client relations between Monks and clients.
• Manage productions with budgets from $100K to $2M+.
• Communicate with clients, project teams, executive producers, department leads and vendors to scope, solve and deliver.
