Monks is seeking an Executive Producer for Google.Monks Events & Experience to lead high-profile experiential projects from pitch through delivery, guiding producers, PMs, and cross-functional leads to ensure creative, operational, and commercial success.

This role blends strategic oversight with production leadership, shaping opportunities within the Google.Monks ecosystem and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with top-tier quality and innovation across projects.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in Production, Client Service and/or Growth, mix of agency and client-side preferred.
• Portfolio of work across industries and creative executions, with role specifics.

Aufgaben

• Oversee high-profile experiential and digital projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead senior producers, project managers, and cross-functional leads; foster ownership and collaboration.
• Act as senior production lead for key Google initiatives with clear communication and planning.
• Shape proposals, lead pitches, and manage your opportunity pipeline across Salesforce, Monday.com, and other tools.
• Maintain visionary alignment between creative ambition and financial stewardship.
• Champion innovation across AI, immersive web, events, live production, and interactive storytelling.
