Job summary

Innovative Beauty Group (IBG) Netherlands is offering a 32-hour-per-week Procurement & SRM Data Management internship in Amsterdam. You will support the Procurement team with launching and maintaining the SRM tool, ensuring complete and accurate supplier data and documentation.

You will engage with internal stakeholders and suppliers to collect information, review records, and maintain data quality, while learning about procurement, supply chain, and business operations in an international

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• Experience with Excel, ERP, CRM, or SRM is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and data quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Review supplier records in the SRM tool.
• Check accuracy and correct supplier information.
• Identify missing data and collect from internal stakeholders.
• Contact suppliers to collect information and documentation.
• Upload and organize supplier documents.
• Maintain data quality standards and follow up on open data points.
• Assist Procurement with administrative supplier-management tasks.
